fsc accredited

These policies are being adopted by the FSC with regard to the governance of an accreditation program to be known as the Financial Services Compliant Accreditation Program (FSCAP).

Central Texas Litigation is currently the 20th such firm in the process service industry to receive this accreditation in the entire United States.

Kathy Burrow, Waco native and President of Central Texas Litigation, says “This will allow market expansion of our process service division to the banks, credit unions and other financial institutions. The attorneys and managers of those firms can rest assured we are fully compliant through the FSC accreditation program.”

Central Texas Litigation Support Services Inc is a “HUB” (Historically Underutilized Business) that is a woman owned business. We provide services for the attorneys, law firms (both large and small) in Texas and across the United States with divisions in process service, court reporting, records retrieval, and private investigations.

Central Texas Litigation was formed in 2005 and is a full-service litigation support company whose headquarters is located at 7215 Bosque Blvd. in Waco, Texas. Mrs. Burrow has been in the process service industry business since 1992.

Central Texas Firm Receives the FSC Accreditation

Central Texas Litigation Support Services Inc. is proud to announce they have been awarded the Financial Services Compliant Accreditation and is the first process service company in Texas to achieve this accreditation.

In response to current and ongoing Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) policies and procedures being mandated and enforced upon Financial Institutions across the U.S., the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) created the Financial Services Compliant (FSC) committee and mandated the FSC to create an accreditation program. The FSC Accreditation program is intended to pre-qualify NAPPS members who work directly or indirectly with the Financial Services sector or desire to incorporate best practices compliance standards within their organization.
