These policies are being adopted by the FSC with regard to the governance of an accreditation program to be known as the Financial Services Compliant Accreditation Program (FSCAP).

In response to current and ongoing Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) policies and procedures being mandated and enforced upon Financial Institutions across the U.S., the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) created the Financial Services Compliant (FSC) committee and mandated the FSC to create an accreditation program. The FSC Accreditation program is intended to pre-qualify NAPPS members who work directly or indirectly with the Financial Services sector or desire to incorporate best practices compliance standards within their organization.
