Video can be a
powerful tool in
building a
successful case to
present i n court. This tool can be
used in impeachment
by showing
contradictions of
testimony taken in
depositions. The
video taping of a
deponent shows the
non-verbal cues such
as nervousness,
agitation, fear, or
smug satisfaction.

Trial isn’t the
only place to use
